Preliminary Exercise 10: Camera Movement Technique Organizer Preliminary Exercise 10
Introduction
The goal of this exercise was to make a PowerPoint organizer which documents every technique with a photo and use for them. This activity was to be done with your team. Camera movement is the way the camera shifts to visually narrate and shape a viewer's perspective of a scene. We went over techniques like push in and pull out which consist of pushing the camera in on the subject and pulling out of the frame away from the subject.
Reflection Paragraph
Me and my partner worked on this PowerPoint to go into more detail about camerawork techniques and we came to find new information that will be useful in our film making process. We used PowerPoint on Office365 and I would say we are experienced using that platform on our laptops. Dorine B and I took notes earlier and we transcribed our notes about the techniques onto the PowerPoint. We learned about techniques such as the pan and tilt which we plan to use in our future film.
