Preliminary Exercise 11: Camera Movement Video Storyboard Blog Post
Introduction Paragraph
The objective of this assignment was to make nine action lines or scenarios to demonstrate nine techniques chosen by our group. I researched and chose the camera movements on the storyboard because some of the techniques used are used by skilled cinematographers and are visually appealing. We needed art supplies and pencils to sketch the action lines then eventually color and bring to fruition. I was tasked with drawing and my partner Dorine B. was tasked on figuring out which technique to use and good possible action lines we can use. It's important to create a storyboard especially for this so we can have our own roadmap and guidance in this assignment.
Reflection Paragraph
We learnt more about each of the camera movement techniques and how they should look once done in films. Our next step is taking the videos and we will use this storyboard to be our road map and guide for the next exercise, preliminary exercise 12.
